n Requirements of  ISO 9001 standards shall be completely   applied in our quality system. The necessary resources shall be supplied to maintain  the quality management system.

nObjective studies shall be conducted for "continuous improvement and these are

   reviewed periodically.

nAll  process parameters and product characteristics have been kept under control by    utilizing Process Flow   diagram and Process Control Plan.

nStatistical Process Control applied on Key Product    Characteristics.

nMeasurement System Analysis (MSA) has been made to analyse the variation present in the results of each type of measuring and test equipment system.

nProcess-FMEA" technique has been utilized during introduction of a new product in advanced product quality planning system. And updated as a Living document during the serial life production.
